Same dream blossoming across borders. 

Something beautiful is unfolding in the Southwest — across the borderlands of Arizona and New Mexico. AZ NEW EARTH and NM NEW EARTH are growing side by side, two branches of the same vision united by purpose and spirit. Together they take root where the mountains meet the desert, where silence speaks and creativity awakens.

As this dream expands through the Southwest of both states, we’re reminded that there are no boundaries between hearts that share the same calling.

New Earth Land Requirements

Acreage:  Starting at 350–500+ acres, one large parcel or multiple in the same area, with room for housing, recreation, and future community expansion.
Terrain: Mostly flat, with room for buildings, trails, and future growth.
Surroundings: Peaceful, natural beauty with trees or open wilderness, not near rivers, mines, or volcanic zones.
Access: Easy to reach by road (condition not an issue).
Purpose: A humanitarian project offering free programs, festivals, and creative spaces open to all.
Location: Southern Arizona preferred, also open to Western North Carolina and Western New Mexico.
Funding: Once ready, the purchase will be direct and uncomplicated — no loans required.

Designs are in motion for the NEW EARTH Theater, a one-of-a-kind space to welcome up to 1,500 people. Securing the perfect land is no small feat, but we are determined to find a site that is not just suitable, but grand enough to bring this extraordinary vision to life.

This unique venue will host conferences, speakers, concerts, festivals, and community events — all in harmony with nature, crafted to uplift the spirit and ignite imagination. With every new draft, we explore how to create a place that welcomes, inspires, and opens the door to endless possibilities.

Sharing something important about what makes NEW EARTH different. Our festivals and gatherings are designed to raise vibration and restore balance. The project will not follow the old model of loud, chaotic events. There are no bars, no alcohol, and no low-frequency distractions. Instead, you’ll find music, art, and community that flow with nature and nurture the soul. Every detail is chosen to support harmony, well-being, and a vision of the new earth.

Cities alive with people walking, enjoying the countryside nearby. Homes and apartments free, money no longer exists. No government… only a local circle of neighbors, renewed each year, guiding with care.

This circle proposes ideas, encourages creativity, and supports projects for the good of all. Is such a world possible?  Absolutely. The only barrier is the one we create within ourselves. For nearly 38 months, NEW EARTH has been shaping a vision where all generations come together in a spirit of acceptance and oneness through healing, music, and the arts, to live with more compassion, joy, and peace.

Funding for this humanitarian project is on the horizon, it could arrive any day now. Until then, let’s each reflect on our own purpose and keep shining our light.

A Gift to Our Community, Coming Soon!

Moving forward with a renewed vision to serve others in meaningful ways.

AZ NEW EARTH is  seeking over a thousand acres near Bisbee or Tombstone in Cochise County to create a community where nature, creativity, and connection thrive with an enclosed theater limited to 1,500 people, artisan and wellness-rehab centers, cabins, short-term rentals, motels, an RV park, a skating rink, an equestrian center, horseback riding, walking trails, and the project will fund roads, water, sewage, and waste management to prepare the  land for everyone to enjoy.

It would be a great honor to support and be part of reviving Bisbee and its historic surroundings, bringing together local businesses, visitors, and the community to raise quality of life  while preserving the town’s old-fashioned charm. This is not about turning Bisbee into a crowded tourist town, but about creating a space  where we can come together, collaborate, restore, and celebrate life.

NEW EARTH is more than a project, it is a gift to the people of Bisbee, Tombstone, and Southern Arizona, and together we can make this vision a reality. Please keep checking our newsletters for updates, exciting things may  begin sooner than we think!
